Steve Luccisano

Steve Luccisano is CEO of MACOEV and co-founder of Blue Penguin Film.
Prior to becoming CEO in February 2018, Steve served as Chief Operating Officer at the same company. Since 2022 he has been Board Advisor of Italia Economy, a national economic periodical, and co-founder of Polarit, both innovative startups.
Outside of MACOEV, Steve is an active member of Confindustria, the main association representing manufacturing and service companies in Italy, as President of the Young Entrepreneurs Confindustria Toscana, Member of DIH Toscana and of the National Innovation and Startup Commission.
Steve is committed to cultivating great ideas and delivering real business results: passions he applies every day driving the rapid growth of MACOEV. Steve led the transformation of MACOEV from a traditional software company to a leading solutions provider by combining Design Thinking and Agile methods, business consulting and technology.
